These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website operated by BTCI SOFTWARE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("BTCI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
BTCI is a Pune, India-based software and technology services company providing custom software development, mobile and web applications, enterprise systems, consulting, maintenance, and related services. These Terms apply to this public website. Any paid project, subscription, support arrangement, or professional service is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, licence, or other contract. If that contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract controls for that engagement.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for that organisation.
Website content is provided for general information about BTCI and its capabilities. It is not a binding offer, technical commitment, professional advice, warranty, or guarantee of availability, price, delivery date, or outcome. A service commitment exists only when BTCI and the client execute or otherwise formally accept a written agreement.
Information submitted through a contact form, email, phone call, or meeting does not by itself create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or confidential relationship. Do not send confidential source code, credentials, personal data, or proprietary materials before appropriate confidentiality and engagement terms are in place.
Project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, assumptions, fees, taxes, payment milestones, change requests, acceptance criteria, warranties, support, intellectual-property ownership, and termination rights will be stated in the applicable written agreement. Unless expressly stated there, website descriptions and estimates are indicative and may change following discovery or requirement validation.
All official commercial payments must be made only through the payment method, bank account, invoice, or written instruction issued by BTCI through an authorised company communication channel. BTCI does not authorise unofficial cash collections, personal UPI IDs, personal bank accounts, gift cards, wallet transfers, crypto payments, or payments requested through social media or messaging apps.
Fraudsters may misuse the names, logos, addresses, employee names, domains, or public information of IT companies. BTCI is not responsible for unauthorised communications, forged documents, fake websites, fake social media pages, fake job offers, fake vendor registrations, fake project awards, fake purchase orders, or payment requests created by third parties without BTCI's written authority.
BTCI does not ask candidates, vendors, clients, freelancers, partners, or the public to pay cash or transfer money for interview scheduling, job confirmation, appointment letters, offer letters, onboarding kits, work-from-home equipment, background verification, training, software licences, tender participation, refundable security deposits, project allocation, or release of payments.
Any appointment letter, offer letter, invoice, purchase order, agreement, tax document, certificate, employment communication, or payment instruction claiming to be from BTCI should be treated as suspicious unless it can be verified through our official email address info@btcisoftware.com or phone number +91 83291 91792. Communications from free email accounts, misspelled domains, personal numbers, urgent payment demands, QR codes, unofficial UPI IDs, or requests to keep a transaction secret are not authorised by BTCI.
If you receive a suspicious communication using BTCI's name, do not make payment, share personal documents, provide OTPs or passwords, install remote-access software, open unknown attachments, or click unverified links. Preserve the message, sender details, phone number, payment handle, website URL, and document copy, then report it to BTCI and the appropriate cybercrime or law-enforcement authority.
You agree not to:

No ownership or licence is granted except as expressly stated.
Ownership and licence rights for client deliverables, pre-existing materials, open-source software, third-party components, reusable tools, and project knowledge are determined exclusively by the applicable written service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BTCI and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from website use, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, business interruption, or data. Any liability relating to contracted services is governed by the applicable written service agreement. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify BTCI against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. BTCI will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim where practicable.
We may restrict or terminate website access where reasonably necessary to protect security, users, BTCI, or third parties; respond to suspected misuse; comply with law; or enforce these Terms. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement, constitute the relevant agreement for their respective subject matter.
