This anonymized engagement focused on replacing disconnected appointment, patient communication, and clinic coordination processes for a regional healthcare network. BTCI delivered mobile and web experiences supported by a shared API layer and structured operational data.
The solution combines Flutter applications, Node.js services, MySQL, and Firebase messaging. Access controls, structured audit events, environment separation, and monitored releases were included to support reliable day-to-day operation.
The rollout used staged clinic onboarding, workflow validation, user acceptance testing, deployment checklists, and support handover. Client identity, patient data, and performance metrics are intentionally excluded from this public case study.
The platform established a consistent digital workflow across participating clinics, improved visibility into appointment operations, and created a scalable base for future patient-service and system-integration capabilities.
