This anonymized engagement involved modernizing fragmented dispatch, fleet, and delivery workflows for a logistics operator serving multiple locations across Maharashtra. BTCI designed a secure web platform that gives operations teams one source of truth for assignments, vehicle status, exceptions, and daily performance.
The platform uses a React interface, Node.js APIs, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure. Modular services and documented APIs support future integrations with telematics, finance, and partner systems without coupling core workflows to a single vendor.
Delivery followed controlled discovery, workflow mapping, incremental releases, user acceptance testing, production rollout, and post-launch support. Client-identifying information and operational metrics are withheld under confidentiality obligations.
